Typically, I meet with clients 12-18 months before their wedding and plan every detail from choosing a venue to choosing colors & flowers. Other times, in cases like this, I'm only hired for Day of Coordinating. I had 3 weddings that week, but couldn't say no to her sweet & cheerful voice (even though she was a Gator) :-) when she called me last year. I didn't even meet Amanda in person until the evening of the rehearsal. She & Eric and the rest of the wedding party welcomed me & I had a blast! I wasn't involved with every detail, but I still felt like part of their special memories! They were so much fun & those groomsmen were the best dancers I have ever seen!
